McBryde Sidewalk Upgrades

Rognlin’s improved a stretch of E McBryde Ave between Satsop St N to N Adams St. with approximately 750 linear feet of new monolithic cement concrete sidewalk, driveway approaches that improve accessibility for adjacent properties, and roadway enhancements including hot mix asphalt pavement patching, saw cutting, removing existing asphalt and concrete surfaces, and full subgrade preparation to ensure long-term durability. Final roadside restoration and new signage further contribute to a safer, more user-friendly streetscape.

In addition to surface improvements, the project incorporates significant underground utility upgrades. These included roughly 450 feet of new eight-inch C900 PVC water main, with valves and fittings, to support reliable water service. Stormwater infrastructure is also being expanded with approximately 550 feet of new six-inch to 18-inch storm drainpipe and related catch basins to improve drainage capacity.
