The Rognlin’s team is rehabilitating a wastewater system to support reliable service for the Hartstene Pointe community. The work included adding approximately 22,250 linear feet of eight-inch and 10-inch sewer mains using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, open-trench replacement of roughly 530 linear feet of eight-inch PVC sewer, adding roughly 1,470 linear feet of four-inch HDPE force main, adding approximately 26,000 linear feet of four-inch and six-inch CIPP lining for sewer laterals, adding about 425 new sewer lateral cleanouts, rehabilitating 35 existing manholes, and installing a new 520 GPM sewage lift station.
Residential service upgrades included 30 new individual grinder pump stations, approximately 1,700 linear feet of four-inch gravity sewer laterals, and about 6,000 linear feet of HDPE pressure sewer laterals installed via directional drilling. Rognlin’s also provided the necessary electrical upgrades, surface restoration, and all related appurtenances.
