Rognlin’s supported the Port of a Grays Harbor with a two-phase rail system upgrade within the Port's Industrial Area for AGP Dump Building #2. Phase 1 included construction of 9,000 feet of new rail line on concrete ties along with culverts and sub grade preparation to support new rail grade. Phase 2 included an additional 28,000 feet of railway, 18 turnouts, several crossings, drainage structures, stormwater runoff appurtenances, and some grade changes at crossings.
